Taxpayers whose gross income from personal services does not exceed PYG 80 million are fully exempt from this tax; above that threshold, the graduated scale applies to the full net income amount, not just the excess over PYG 80 million.
Paraguay taxes income from personal services under a progressive scale: 8% up to PYG 50 million, 9% up to PYG 150 million, and 10% above that. Taxpayers whose gross income from personal services does not exceed PYG 80 million are not required to pay the tax.
Capital Gains Tax
