Haiti taxes individuals' global taxable income under a progressive five-bracket schedule from 0% to 30%: exempt up to 60,000 gourdes, then 10%, 15%, and 25% on successive bands, reaching 30% on income above 1,000,000 gourdes.

Wealth Tax

No net wealth tax is identified in Haiti's tax framework. The official Direction Générale des Impôts (DGI) lists Haiti's taxes — Contribution Foncière des Propriétés Bâties (a municipal real-estate tax based on rental value, not net worth), income tax, a foreigner business-license fee (droit de licence des étrangers), patente (commercial tax), operating/non-operating fees, a social assistance fund contribution, a driving-license tax, document legalization fees, and territorial-development/emergency funds — with no annual net wealth tax among them.
